Loved it so much i ordered the wine red one the next day. The fabric is soft and good quality, hangs lovely. The lace is not flimsy and cheap. I'm size 8 and 5ft7 and it fits perfectly with plenty of stretch in the wasitband. The length comes to just above my ankles (skims the top of my ankle boots) what I'd call a midaxi length which was what I wanted. Edit - worn both the red and black skirts out several times and i get a compliment on them nearly every time! They are just such gorgeous skirts. I hope they do this in more colours, a deep purple would be perfect.

The skirt is well made. The stitching is good and it hangs right. The sizing is accurate. The lace is a cute design. It's ok. I'm absolutely baffled by the reviews gushing over the fabric though. It's cheap, thin, and very obviously synthetic. It feels plasticky. To be fair I have seen much worse for sale on here, my main complaint is that the price usually reflects that. However in this case, for a skirt that costs almost £40 at full price (as of the date of this review), we should be able to expect better. It would be a 5 star skirt at £25-30 imo. At £40 it's just not. I am keeping it because a) I got it at a reduced price, and b) I needed something in a hurry. Under these circumstances I really do think it's fine, I don't hate it, I will wear it. Just beware if you are particular about fabric, the price does not reflect what you're going to get.

This skirt is well made and lined. Material has a lovely soft feel to it. I’m 5.4” size 16/18 and XL fitted perfectly. It is just touching my ankle. Perfect! I bought this skirt for a Victorian drama but I will definitely be wearing it socially afterwards. I recommend this skirt as a good purchase.
