I’m glad that I bought this as it works well and is very adjustable with regards to different chimes and sounds. As per the photo it is pretty unobtrusive in the modern home I have found that working with the Ring doorbell this has been such a useful tool for me as I am not always in a position to respond to the door immediately and I can communicate verbally with callers.

Neat and impressive. Arrived quickly. Comes with two types of plug ends - normal flat, three pin and one with two, round pins. As with everything these days there were no instructions but, using the Ring doorbell app, set up took only a matter of minutes. However I could not understand why I could only hear the ring sounds via the mobiles and Amazon Echo Show. No sound from the chime at all. My fault entirely! However, I went back into the app - sounds, re-selected sounds and discovered I had not set the volume! Now, it is amazing. No more carrying the mobile everywhere and both motion and doorbell can be heard easily indoors despite the thick walls and double glazed, two door porch. The doorbell itself can also be heard outside and the chime itself also clearly plays the selected motion alert sound just indoors and through our devices but not outside - Perfect. I thought it was expensive but it has impressed both of us - so pleased we decided to purchase this chime. Could have done with a few more, slightly longer musical sounds as the longest one for motion Is Laugh and the doorbell is Dogs Barking. Because of the layout of our home, we need a long sound to alert us for both motion and doorbell. But it is a great gadget, small - not much bigger than a normal plug and very neat in appearance - no need for unsightly wires and WiFi setup takes only minutes.

I purchased two of this product. One is located in the kitchen downstairs, and the other is in the small hall upstairs. They were very easy to install by following the instructions. After installing the app, I started adjusting the sounds, which offer a great variety of options. Once connected, I can hear the ring in both locations when someone rings the bell. The sound quality is excellent, and I believe it is a good value for the money. Both compatible with ring App, no battery needed as they are both connected directly to main power.

Dispositivo sencillo, ya que no deja de ser un altavoz enchufado a la corriente, que a su vez lo veo super necesario si tienes un portero ring, ya que con alexa a veces no te avisa si llaman a la puerta, por lo que si no llevas el móvil encima y llaman al portero, no te enteras. Un punto a favor es poder elegir el tono y el volumen. Funciona correctamente.

Da wie im Obergeschoss die Klingel nie gehört haben, wurde eine zweite Chime installiert. Die Installation war in 3 Minuten erledigt, die Bimmel funktioniert einwandfrei. Jetzt wird definitiv kein Klingeln mehr verpasst. Super Produkt, unauffällig und wenn man will ganz schön laut! Daumen hoch, würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen!

Un must have se già avete il citofono smart Amazon Ring, veramente ottimo e non ho mai avuto problemi di connessione. Mi è piaciuta la vasta gamma di suonerie per le notifiche, che oltre alle classiche suonerie “da campanello” presenta qualche suoneria più tematica. Un esempio è stato il periodo di Halloween: nell’applicazione era possibile trovare suoni di fantasmi, mostri, streghe ecc. Sicuramente non sono suonerie da utilizzare tutti i giorni, ma potrebbero risultare divertenti se usate sporadicamente sotto le festività. Altra cosa, si possono impostare delle suonerie diverse in base al tipo di evento che rileva l’Amazon Ring. Nella mia versione dell’Amazon Ring di base avevo a disposizione due tipi di eventi, la rilevazione di movimento o di persona e la pressione del tasto del citofono. Questa funzionalità è stata molto utile per distinguere al volo che cosa stesse succedendo al citofono senza per forza controllare l’applicazione di Ring da smartphone. Unico neo: di default il volume delle notifiche non viene impostato al massimo. Nel caso abbiate ampi spazi a casa e quindi la necessità di sentire le notifiche del Chime anche da altre stanze, vi consiglio di recarvi nelle impostazioni del Chime nell’app dedicata ed aumentare il volume.
